Place du Lambeau Interosseux Posterieur dans sa Variante Aponevrotique dans le Traitement des Sequelles de Brulure de la Face Dorsale de la Main
The aponeurotic variant of the posterior interosseous flap is a very interesting tool in the treatment of burns sequelae in the dorsal face of the hand. A clinical case is reported and a review of the literature is supplied, with the aim of re-establishing this variant in the therapeutic arsenal.
