L'Attitude Chirurgicale dans les Brulures Electriques Graves par Haut Voltage: À Propos de Deux Cas
Two possible surgical approaches can be distinguished in the treatment of serious electrical burns: a) a conservative approach and b) amputation. Two such cases are considered with regard to the advantages and difficulties presented by each of these approaches.
