Phosphatidylserine receptors: what is the new RAGE?

The identification of RAGE as a phophatidylserine receptor—in this issue of EMBO reports by He et al—adds to the range of molecules that can sense this ‘eat-me' signal, and suggests new potential therapeutic opportunities.
