Differential flagellin expression in a flaA flaB+ mutant of Campylobacter jejuni.

Campylobacter jejuni 81116 has two genes coding for flagellin, flaA and flaB. Fully motile wild-type C. jejuni bacteria express the flaA gene, with no flaB message being detected.
