In the title compound, C(17)H(18)I(2)N(2)O, the dihedral angle between the aromatic rings is 5.4 (1)°. An intramolecular O—H⋯N hydrogen bond generates an S(6) ring motif. The crystal packing is stabilized by C—H⋯π and π–π interactions [centroid–centroid distance = 3.697 (1) Å]....
