The title compound, [Cr(C(27)H(26)P(2))(CO)(4)]·CH(2)Cl(2), was obtained by the reaction of Ph(2)PCMe(2)PPh(2) with Cr(CO)(6) in refluxing toluene by substitution of two carbonyl ligands.
