(2Z,N′E)-N′-[(2-Hydroxy-1-naphthyl)methylidene]furan-2-carbohydrazonic acid
In the title compound, C(16)H(12)N(2)O(3), the dihedral angle between the mean planes of the naphthalene ring system and the furan ring is 21.3 (6)°. The molecular structure is stabilized by an intramolecular O—H⋯N hydrogen bond, which generates an S(6) graph-set motif.
