(E)-N′-[4-(Methylsulfanyl)benzylidene]furan-2-carbohydrazide monohydrate
In the title compound, C(13)H(12)N(2)O(2)S·H(2)O, the dihedral angle between the aromatic rings is 35.34 (19)° and an intramolecular N—H⋯O hydrogen bond generates an S(5) ring. In the crystal, molecules are linked by N—H⋯O and O—H⋯O hydrogen bonds, generating (001) sheets.
