In the title compound, C(11)H(15)N(3)OS, the dihedral angle between the aromatic ring and the thiourea unit is 4.28 (7)° and an intramolecular N—H⋯N hydrogen bond generates an S(5) ring. In the crystal, molecules are linked into (001) sheets by N—H⋯S hydrogen bonds.
