In the crystal structure of the title compound, C(24)H(24)N(2)O(4), the dihedral angles between the central and the two outer benzene rings are 48.12 (8) and 21.44 (8)°. Intramolecular O—H⋯N hydrogen bonding generates S(6) rings.
