In the title compound, C(10)H(10)N(4)O(2)·H(2)O, the dihedral angle between the tetrazole and benzene rings is 63.24 (11)°. The crystal structure is stabilized by intramolecular O—H⋯N and O—H⋯O hydrogen bonds.
