In the title compound, C(13)H(14)ClN(5), the piperazine ring adopts a chair conformation and the dihedral angle between the aromatic rings is 13.91 (7)°. The crystal structure is stabilized by weak intermolecular C—H⋯N hydrogen-bond interactions.
