In the title compound, C(12)H(11)Cl(2)NO, the amide group is twisted by a dihedral angle of 31.98 (2)° with respect to the benzene ring. In the crystal structure, molecules are linked via N—H⋯O hydrogen bonds, forming one-dimensional supramolecular chains.
