(2R,4R)-2-Hydroxy-4-(2-methoxyphenyl)bicyclo[3.3.1]nonan-9-one
The title compound, C(16)H(20)O(3), contains a bicyclic ring system with two chiral centers. The crystal structure is stabilized by intermolecular O—H⋯O hydrogen bonds. The absolute configuration was established by the stereo-selectivity of the asymmetric organocatalysis.
