In the title compound, C(9)H(11)NOS, the thiazolidinyl ring is almost perpendicular to the phenyl ring with N—C—C—C torsion angles of 71.7 (2) and 107.1 (2)°. In the crystal, molecules are connected via N—H⋯O and O—H⋯N hydrogen bonds, forming layers.
