The molecule of the title compound, C(20)H(20)Br(2)N(2)O(2), lies on a twofold axis. It contains two stereogenic C atoms with R chirality and thus it is the enatiomerically pure R,R-diastereomer. There is an intramolecular O—H⋯N hydrogen bond.
