The complete molecule of the title compound, C(13)H(13)N(5)O(6)·2C(3)H(7)NO, is generated by crystallographic twofold rotation with an N and a C atom lying on the axis. The structure is stabilized by intermolecular O—H⋯O hydrogen bonds.
