In the crystal structure of the title compound, C(11)H(9)Cl(2)N(3)O, mol­ecules are held together by short inter­molecular Cl⋯Cl contacts [3.319 (1) Å] and C—H⋯N hydrogen bonds, forming two-dimensional networks parallel to (01[Image: see text]).
