In the title compound, C(14)H(14)N(2)O(3)S, the conformation is stabilized by an intramoleclar O—H⋯N hydrogen bond and the dihedral angle between the aromatic ring planes is 79.55 (18)°. In the crystal structure, intermolecular N—H⋯O hydrogen bonds lead to [100] chains of molecules.
