In the title compound, C(9)H(20)NO(+)·HO(4)S(−)·H(2)O, the piperidinium ring adopts a chair conformation. Intermolecular O—H⋯O and N—H⋯O hydrogen bonds form an extensive three-dimensional network, which consolidates the crystal structure.
