3-tert-Butyl-4-oxo-3,4-dihydrophthalazin-1-yl 3,5-dimethylbenzoate
The title compound, C(21)H(22)N(2)O(3), was synthesized by the reaction of tert-butylhydrazine with phthalic anhydride and further O-benzoylation of the resulting intermediate by 3,5-dimethylbenzoyl chloride. Intermolecular C—H⋯O=C interactions link the molecules into layers.
