Penicillin Binding Components in Bacillius subtilis During Sporulation
The penicillin binding components of sporulating Bacillus subtilis 3610 were compared with those of the vegetative organism. No qualitative difference in binding components was observed. The total binding, however, varied with the phase of sporulation.
