The Hox-2.2 gene is one of a cluster of homeobox-containing genes on mouse chromosome 11. A cDNA clone containing the Hox-2.2 homeobox has been isolated from an adult spinal cord library. Our analysis of the Hox-2.2 cDNA and genomic clones indicates that there are at least two oxons and one intron....
