Procedure for Fluorescent-Antibody Staining of Virus-Infected Cell Cultures in Plastic Plates
Acetone fixation and fluorescent-antibody staining of virus-infected cell cultures were performed in plastic plates. Proper addition of acetone as a fixative did not alter the plastic. IMAGES:
