Highly efficient, low-cost femtosecond Cr(3+):LiCAF laser pumped by single-mode diodes
We describe efficient continuous-wave (cw) and cw mode-locked operations of a Cr(3+):LiCAF laser, pumped by inexpensive single spatial mode laser diodes.
