Detection of a Rotavirus-Like Agent Associated with Diarrhea in an Infant
A rotavirus-like agent was detected in the feces of a child with diarrhea. Although morphologically indistinguishable from rotavirus, the agent was serologically distinct, and electrophoresis of its nucleic acid also showed that it was dissimilar. IMAGES:
