Isolation and characterization of a transposon-induced cytotoxin-deficient mutant of Pseudomonas aeruginosa.
In order to provide a better system for investigating the role of cytotoxin in pathogenesis, we mutated wild-type Pseudomonas aeruginosa PA158 by introducing a transposon.
