Erosion of the Pump Mechanism of an Inflatable Penile Prosthesis Through the Scrotum in a Diabetic Patient
The semirigid rod and the Scott inflatable penile prosthesis are the two types of penile prostheses currently available. Complications occur with both types, and herein is reported a case of extrusion of the pump mechanism of the inflatable model in a diabetic patient.
