Compression fracture of the thoraco-lumbar junction: A case report
A case report of thoracolumbar compression fracture is presented. Discussion focuses on the forces necessary to produce a compression fracture and differentiates between stable and unstable wedge fractures. A literature review of appropriate treatment protocol including manipulation is presented.
