l-Ribulokinase from an Initiator Constitutive Mutant
The N-terminal sequence of l-ribulokinase (EC 2.7.1.16) isolated from an initiator constitutive (araI(−)) mutant is identical to wild-type kinase, indicating that the I(c) mutation probably lies outside of kinase structural gene araB.
