Change the IUCN Protected Area Categories to Reflect Biodiversity Outcomes

Current classifications of IUCN protected areas are based on management objectives. Fully revising the category system to reflect each category's contributions to biodiversity would greatly enhance their value as effective tools for conserving biodiversity.
