Interactive Voice Response Technology for Smoking Cessation Relapse Prevention
The purpose of this pilot study was to assess the feasibility, acceptability and preliminary impact of an interactive voice response (IVR) system for preventing relapse in individuals who had completed a smoking cessation program affiliated with an innercity public hospital.
