Tn3 labeling of a cryptic plasmid found in the plant pathogenic bacterium Pseudomonas tabaci and mobilization of RSF1010 by donation.
pBPW1, a conjugative cryptic plasmid isolated from the plant pathogenic bacterium Pseudomonas tabaci BR2, was labeled with Tn3. pBPW1::Tn3 and RSF1010 mobilization into Pseudomonas mellea recipients were separate events, not involving recombination of the two plasmids during conjugation. IMAGES:
