Electron microscopy of the secondary structure in partially denatured rRNAs of Escherichia coli and Bacillus stearothermophilus.
Partially denatured 16S and 23S rRNAs from the thermophile Bacillus stearothermophilus show characteristic loop patterns when observed by electron microscopy.
