Location of sites of transposon Tn916 insertion in the Mycoplasma mycoides genome.

The genome of Mycoplasma mycoides subsp. mycoides GC1176-2 was cleaved into six large fragments by the endonuclease KpnI which also cleaved the transposon Tn916 once.
