Frontozygomatic Approach to Intraorbital Tumors
We removed 12 intraorbital tumors (5 schwannomas, 3 meningiomas, 2 cavernomas, 1 pleomorphic adenoma, and 1 neuroblastoma) using the frontozygomatic approach. No patients died.
