Inducible amber suppressor for Bacillus subtilis.
An amber suppressor variant of Bacillus subtilis tyrosyl-tRNA was constructed and placed under control of the isopropyl-beta-D-thiogalactopyranoside (IPTG)-inducible Pspac promoter.
