Crystal structure of the flavoprotein ArsH from Sinorhizobium meliloti

Purified ArsH from Sinorhizobium meliloti exhibits NADPH:FMN-dependent reduction of molecular O(2) to hydrogen peroxide and catalyzes reduction of azo dyes.
