Neonatal lupus erythematosus, late onset hypocalcaemia, and recurrent seizures.
A 6 day old infant had neonatal lupus erythematosus manifested by rash, haemolytic anaemia, and hepatosplenomegaly. His mother was asymptomatic until eight months of pregnancy.
