Penetration of pefloxacin into cerebrospinal fluid of patients with meningitis.
We evaluated the diffusion of pefloxacin into the cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) in 15 patients with bacterial meningitis or ventriculitis, 14 of whom were treated with other antibiotics.
