Preparation of pure microbiological samples for pyrolysis of gas-liquid chromatography studies.
Bacterial samples were prepared for pyrolysis gas-liquid chromatography using cells grown on membrane filters. Pyrochromatograms were reproducible when cells harvested from the filters were pyrolyzed without being washed. IMAGES:
