Environmental quality as an issue in the legislative history of the National Health Planning and Resources Development Act of 1974 (PL93-641).
It is the purpose of this brief communication to examine the history of the most recently enacted health planning legislation (PL 93-641) to assess how environmental health issues were addressed and resolved during the legislative process.
