Increased Prevalence of G1P[4] Genotype among Children with Rotavirus-Associated Gastroenteritis in Metropolitan Detroit
The G and P genotypes of rotavirus stool isolates from 100 children were determined by reverse transcription-PCR and nucleotide sequencing.
