The results of (51)Cr red cell survival and organ sequestration studies in seventysix patients with autoimmune haemolytic anaemia are described. In patients with incomplete IgG and IgA warm autoantibodies increased red cell destruction to a varying degree and mainly spleen sequestration were found....
