Transpyloric feeding in the very low birthweight (1500 g and below) infant. One year's experience in an intensive care neonatal unit.
The success of transpyloric feeding in a group of babies weighing 1500 g or less was evaluated. This method was successful for most well babies but for many of those who required respiratory assistance (usually by face mask) it was not.
