Colostral IgA binding to wheat gluten and gliadin
Fluorometrically determined antibodies of the IgA class against wheat gluten and gliadin were demonstrated in six colostrum specimens examined within 48 hr post-partum; the antibody concentration gradually decreased in the next 4 days.
