Humane handling of end-of-life issues the aim of program at U of O medical schools.
The University of Ottawa medical school has launched a program to help students deal with end-of-life issues. One of its speakers is a cancer patient upset with a physician's handling of his case. Organizers hope to gauge the impact of the program through a study of its effectiveness.
