Complement-mediated lysis of liposomes produced by the `reactive lysis' procedure
Functional lysis and the electron microscope lesions characteristic of complement damage can be produced in lecithin liposomes by the procedure of reactive lysis requiring only the late acting complement components, C5—C9.
