Fibre endoscopic insertion of palliative oesophageal tubes with the Nottingham introducer.
Using the Nottingham introducer and diazepam sedation, 93 of 100 patients with oesophagogastric malignancy have been successfully intubated, 67 with Celestin tubes and 26 with Atkinson tubes.
