The intracellular localization of Castle's intrinsic factor by an immunofluorescent technique using autoantibodies
Using an immunofluorescent technique and selective absorption of pernicious anaemia sera it has been shown that some of these sera contain antibodies against two different antigens present in gastric parietal cells. One of these appears to be Castle's intrinsic factor.
